Vitamin & mineral salts build our body fit for work. They also remain away diseases. By pleasing fertile and definite added vegetables, eggs, fish, meat, and fruits liver along with by drinking milk we can get vitamins. Such foods also control mineral salts. Water is bringing into being in almost all food. Of course we also drink water. Water helps us to absorb our food. It too wheels the warm of the body & keeps our blood healthy.
